Our family’s sausage legacy began with my great-great-grandfather, who brought our secret recipe from Sicily to Valdez, Colorado in the late 1800s. What started as a simple, homemade tradition quickly became a staple in our family’s grocery stores, passed down through five generations. Through the decades, Ringo’s Sausage has remained a constant, beloved by loyal customers who have trusted our quality and craftsmanship for over 115 years.
Each generation has played a role in preserving this tradition, adapting to changing times while staying true to our roots. From my grandparents, who ensured the recipe remained unchanged, to my parents, who helped introduce new customers to our products, our family has always taken pride in delivering a handmade, small-batch sausage made with the finest organic ingredients.
Now, as the fifth generation, I am honored to continue this legacy. While keeping our signature hot, mild, and breakfast sausages at the heart of our offerings, I’ve expanded the lineup to include fire roasted green chili sausage, German sausage, chorizo, and chicken varieties—always crafted with the same commitment to quality and tradition.
Looking ahead, my goal is to bring Ringo’s Sausage to a wider audience while preserving the values that have made it a family favorite for over a century. With our new vacuum-packed, direct-to-consumer approach, customers will be able to enjoy our sausage wherever they are.
